Accenture delivers agentic AI on AI Refinery, a platform developed by its Center for Advanced AI and built with NVIDIA, which includes an Agent Builder, the Trusted Agent Huddle and software development kits1.

Best for: Global enterprises that need agents from many vendors (SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday and others) to work together under one orchestration layer.

Not the right fit for: Companies that want a single agent in production within a quarter on a mid-market budget.

What Accenture delivers

AI Refinery lets companies build agents, orchestrate agents created by Accenture and partners, organise enterprise knowledge, switch between models on cost, performance and accuracy, and manage AI components with attention to security and responsible use. Accenture also sells pre-configured industry agent solutions, including revenue growth management and a sales coach for consumer goods, a clinical trial companion for life sciences and asset troubleshooting for industrial equipment. A sovereign version keeps data, training and inference within a country's borders1.

The Trusted Agent Huddle, introduced in April 2025, lets agents from 13 partner platforms, including SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, Microsoft and Google Cloud, work together within AI Refinery. A proprietary algorithm evaluates agent performance, which Accenture describes as the foundation for a future agent trust score2.

Published evidence

  • FedEx. FedEx is working with Accenture and NVIDIA to explore Trusted Agent Huddle so agents from different platforms can collaborate across its supply chain. No results are reported.2

Strengths and limits

Strengths

  • Built for the multi-vendor problem: agents from different enterprise platforms orchestrated in one place.
  • Industry agent solutions for consumer goods, life sciences and industrial asset troubleshooting.
  • A sovereign deployment option for data residency within national borders.

Limits

  • The named Huddle client, FedEx, is described as exploring uses rather than reporting results.
  • Engagement model and pricing are not published.
  • Platform and programme scale suit large enterprises.

Choose another option if: Your company runs on a handful of systems and needs a few dependable agents rather than an orchestration layer.

Pricing
