Deloitte's agentic offer centres on Zora AI, a platform of digital workers for finance, tax, procurement, HR and IT, built on NVIDIA AI and designed to run on top of a company's existing systems1.
Best for: Large enterprises that want ready-made digital workers for finance, procurement, tax, HR and IT, implemented with a parallel risk-and-controls workstream.
Not the right fit for: Mid-sized companies looking for a small, fixed-price first agent.
What Deloitte delivers
Zora AI separates "Perform" workers, which handle high-volume transactions end to end, from "Advise" workers, which model scenarios and make recommendations. The platform can be bought as SaaS or deployed to the client's own cloud or on premises, and is supported by a global delivery network and forward deployed engineers. Deloitte has integrated it with SAP Joule agents and with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications. Implementation is typically measured in weeks or months1.
Governance
Deloitte runs a risk-and-controls workstream in parallel with each implementation, in five phases: a pre-design assessment of affected risks and controls, control design alongside the build, testing and auditor alignment before cutover, post-implementation evaluation and ongoing monitoring. It states that Zora AI's decision-making and data flows are designed to be auditable and open to inspection, and that the product does not include SOX-related controls by default1.
Published evidence
- HPE. Deloitte and HPE co-developed CFO Insights on Zora AI to replace a manual operational-performance reporting process. Results are described qualitatively.1
- Beverage company (not named). An autonomous sales-order agent for order entry. Deloitte reports 95% accuracy and a 90% reduction in order-entry time.1
Strengths and limits
Strengths
- The most explicit published controls method of any firm reviewed: five phases from pre-design risk assessment to monitoring a stabilised environment.
- States that decision-making and data flows are designed to be auditable and open to inspection, with human-readable reasoning at each step.
- A named client, HPE, which co-developed a CFO reporting tool on Zora AI.
Limits
- The quantified results it publishes (for example 95% order-entry accuracy) come from unnamed clients.
- Deloitte says Zora AI does not come with SOX-related controls built in; controls must be designed per organisation.
- Pricing is not published, and the offer is built around large enterprise functions.
Choose another option if: You run a company below enterprise scale, or want an agent outside finance, procurement, HR, tax and IT.
Pricing

Questions to ask Deloitte
- Which Zora AI workers are in production at companies of our size, and can we speak to one?
- What does the controls workstream cost, and is it priced separately?
- If we leave Zora AI, what do we keep: configurations, logs, process designs?
- How are model usage and platform fees charged once the workers are live?
